Data Security Lead- Plano, TX(Hybrid)- Full Time.
1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills .
2. Proficient with ServiceNOW, JIRA and Confluence.
3. Proven experience in Project methodology and System development lifecycle
4. Excellent knowledge in the Data Privacy Laws and Data Security principles, including working knowledge of security Controls.
5. Required ability to cover cross platform issues and support
6. Analyze existing and planned implementations to ensure compliance with GDPR,CCPA and financial data regulations like PCI-DSS
7. Oversee issues related to user adoption and change management
8. Provide advice and guidance on data accuracy and consistency.
9. Analyze the existing monitoring landscape for effectiveness ,accuracy and adequacy.
10. Define requirement/ roadmap to address gaps related to monitoring.
11. Oversee and Monitor annual attestation process
12. Nice to have- Security certifications like CISSP,CCSK
