Role :: Workday Testing & Data Staging
Duration: Longterm Contract, hybrid 2 days/week

Project Description
We are seeking an experienced Tester to own test execution, coordination, and test data staging across a full Workday end-to-end (E2E) implementation, including HR, Payroll, Integrations, and Reporting & Analytics. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure overall solution quality and deployment readiness.
The role is responsible for leading all test data staging activities for the Workday implementation, ensuring accurate and complete data availability for E2E testing, integration testing, and reporting validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, staging, and validation of test data across multiple environments, including Development, QA, and UAT.
- Coordinate data loads with HRIT, integration, and technical teams to ensure all prerequisite data is available for planned test cycles.
- Manage and validate data loads, data cleansing activities, transformations, and error remediation.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the test data staging plan and schedule.
- Monitor data readiness metrics and support test teams with pre-load and post-load validation activities.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data staging and data migration for enterprise Workday implementations.
- Strong familiarity with Workday data loads, including EIBs and Workday Studio, along with data validation and troubleshooting techniques.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience in data analysis and validation.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
