Responsibilities
- Propose and implement creative solutions for a range of product design challenges.
- Lead the design process for both existing and new experiences, strategizing for future improvements.
- Rapidly develop and iterate on interactive design solutions, paying attention to detail.
- Advocate for design solutions by contextualizing them with business and user insights.
- Create storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout the production cycle.
- Participate in user research to assess and enhance feature performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user-interface specifications.
- Present design work to various teams and senior leadership for feedback.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.
Skills
- Strong UX design skills with a deep understanding of web and mobile components and patterns.
- Proficiency in creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that deliver results.
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Dovetail, and AI tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
