We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in handling customer accounts, processing their applications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be tasked with resolving customer queries and monitoring their accounts in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and precise.
Providing troubleshooting support for Mac (40%) and Windows (60%) environments.
Utilizing Android Development skills to enhance customer service experience.
Employing Cisco Technologies for network support and troubleshooting.
Making use of Citrix Technologies for remote access and virtualization.
Handling and resolving issues related to Mac Computers and Apple Devices.
Utilizing Microsoft and Active Directory tools for user account management and server administration.
Dealing with Computer Hardware issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Employing Configuration Management skills for system updates and changes.
Overseeing and managing Deployments of software and hardware updates.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development
