Job Title: PC Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial Imaging and Hardware Setup: You'll be responsible for setting up user PCs, fixture PCs, and shared engineering PCs.
  • Testing Equipment: Ensure desks and user equipment are properly set up for optimal performance.
  • Onboarding: Provide a seamless new hire experience by managing onboarding processes.
  • Inventory Control: Manage laptops, desktops, monitors, backpacks, keyboards, and more using Asset Panda software.
  • PC Swaps: Handle all hardware replacements, including shipping and packing, and manage end-of-life URLs.
  • Printer/Toner Replacement: Assist with printer and toner replacements as needed.

Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Support: 0-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Ticketing Systems: Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office, SCCM, and general desktop hardware is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
