Job Details

Role Details: We are seeking a detailed oriented Business Analysts with Capital Markets experience especially in Fixed Income. The candidate/s will be joining the team to help build enterprise-level mission-critical applications.

Remote Role.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis and Fixed Income experience at a reputable Financial Services/Investment Management Firm.
  • Should have experience with business process redesign, building user facing tools, data mapping, visualization of data, and testing.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Should have experience with documenting requirements for User Interfaces and User experience for Applications
  • Should be very inquisitive, analyze requirements, data and processes in order to deliver detailed and accurate Business Requirements and aid the Development team in the SDLC
  • Strong written skills
  • Gather requirements, develop detailed written requirements (with Data Analysis/Inputs/Process flows) and accurately relay them to development team.
    Take ownership of the application deliverables and the process.
  • Should have experience in front office/ trading application analysis and aiding development teams.
  • Should have strong understanding and experience working with Fixed Income products - municipals, corporate, treasury, bonds, callable bonds and related attributes like: yield, coupon, maturity, duration etc.
  • Should be familiar with the Trade Lifecycle.
  • Should be able to collaborate /communicate with multi-functional team/ stakeholders - traders, capital markets business users, Operations, Research, Risk, Finance, Compliance etc.
  • Should be able to understand and create analysis documents - like trade flows, field data mappings, sequence diagrams etc.
  • Any certification in financial field is a plus like: FRM, CFA etc.
