Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Your ability to design and maintain data systems, analyze complex datasets, and create actionable reports will be integral to supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain databases and integrated data systems to meet organizational needs and improve data accessibility.
Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data for operational and strategic purposes.
Design and deliver tailored reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel, ensuring they meet specific departmental requirements.
Utilize data visualization techniques to present critical findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating analytical outcomes.
Integrate data from multiple systems to produce cohesive and detailed reports.
Perform statistical analyses and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data.
Provide technical support for the Point of Sale system and offer guidance on other data management platforms.
Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing all responsibilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including complex functions and formulas.
Strong understanding of databases and data integration tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization methods.
