Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager Consultant with specialized expertise in the Basel III Endgame (B3E) to join our regulatory compliance team. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the final stages of Basel III implementation, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our risk management processes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• B3E Implementation: Oversee and manage the final phase of Basel III implementation, focusing on meeting endgame requirements and timelines. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Basel III framework, especially the endgame modifications and updates. 
• Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory standards. 
• Risk Management Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments related to credit, market, and operational risks in line with B3E requirements. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and address any concerns regarding B3E compliance. 
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on the progress of B3E implementation, highlighting any risks or deviations from the plan. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or PMP are preferred. 

Experience 

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Basel III implementation, with specific expertise in Basel III Endgame. 
• Proven track record in project management within the banking or financial services sector. 
• Deep understanding of the Basel III framework, particularly its endgame requirements. 

Skills 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management. 
• Proficient in risk management and regulatory compliance software. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
