Job Details
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Portland, OR (5 days onsite)
Mandatory Skills - Automotive Manufacturing industry skills
- More than 10 years work Experience
- Independently Work with client s cross functional team for business requirements gathering, analysis and solution design
- Should be able to translate the gathered business requirements into use cases, user stories, UI Prototypes, create workflows and functional design during SDLC.
- Good knowledge of Aftermarket process Warranty, Service contracts, Recalls and Service campaigns for manufacturing industry, especially Automotive OEMs
- Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team in India during the software development. This could be in terms of functionality, system integrations, user interface, user experience, best-in-class practices, KPIs etc.
- Work with the customer (business users) in preparing User acceptance test cases and assist in the UAT.
- Experience in handling projects with Onsite Discovery / Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Functional Design
