Experience Required
- 12 plus years in Software Development and with 3-7+ years working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or team facilitator.
- Proven track record leading Agile teams in complex digital environments.
- Experience with hybrid or fully remote teams.
- Background working in tech or product-centric organizations (software, platform engineering, data).
- Hands-on experience using Agile metrics and flow-based practices (Kanban, Scrumban).
