Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to drive business decisions and insights.
• Perform data governance activities, including identifying key data elements, mapping data lineage and flows, and ensuring use of authoritative data sources.
• Work as a Business Analyst to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and define data and reporting needs across cross-functional teams.
• Lead or contribute to project execution: track deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate between business stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, process flows, and reporting dashboards.
• Use data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, or project management roles within investment banking, capital markets, or trading lifecycle domains.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
• Strong data management skills, including working with data elements, data flows, and lineage.
• Familiarity with markets and financial products (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives) highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams across business, technology, and compliance functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
