Qualifications:

ACTUAL JOB TITLE: Associate Director Contracting, Market Access & Account ManagementQualifications BA or BS required MBA or equivalent desired RequiredExperience and Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer contracting and writing contracts Demonstrated ability to build strong internal relationships. Responsibilities:

Job Description: Do you want to be a part of a team that engages with a wide array of internal client teams and external customers? Do you have experience in managing Contract Life Cycle through redline negotiations for Medical Device Products?The Associate Director Contracting Market Access & Account Management will report to the Executive Director of Contracting Management Services.This assignment is responsible for supporting negotiation of contract terms and conditions for our Medical Device Product JADA products with Hospitals GPOs, and Channel & Distribution.This role will collaborate routinely with Marketing, Policy, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, and field-based Account teams to execute customer contracting strategies and to achieve our objectives.Primary responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: Take lead in managing the redlining process between the Customer and client related to specific business and legal terms and conditions. Collaborate with National Account Directors and Account Executives. Implement and monitor contract strategy initiatives to optimize net sales for our company s products in a compliant manner. Ensure proper oversight on policy, compliance, legal and financial issues.
