Job Summary:
* This position offers a contract opportunity in the bustling city of Charlotte, NC, focused on providing platform support for critical applications within the healthcare payment solutions sector. * The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting applications to ensure service level agreements are met.
* Candidates should have a strong background in cloud technology and experience in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and support applications to meet 100% SLA requirements.
* Provide on-call support and triage production tickets and issues.
* Prepare and review Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis documents.
* Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues efficiently.
* Automate routine tasks with scripting and manage code deployment processes.
Qualifications:
* Minimum five years of experience in the payment technology industry.
* Strong knowledge of cloud technology and methodologies.
* Five to ten years of experience in a production environment with change management.
* Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and effective triage skills.
* Experience with monitoring and alerting dashboards and tools for 3-5 years.
