We are looking for PEGA Developer for our client in Toronto, ON
Job Title: PEGA Developer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards.
- Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
- 8 10 years of PEGA development experience.
- PEGA CSSA certification required; LSA preferred.
- Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and integration.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver in Agile environments.
- Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
