Note:
Pharmaceutical experience is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years.

Summary:
We re looking for a Project Manager with experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations, ideally with a solid understanding of CRM and marketing platform integrations. The ideal candidate has managed projects involving Veeva CRM and Marketo, with a strong grasp of stakeholder alignment, compliance workflows, and HCP engagement systems. While this is not a deep technical role, fluency in integration logic, data flows, and system dependencies is essential.

Must-Have Experience:
5+ years of Project Management in the commercial pharma space
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (field force, Vault, Align, etc.)
Experience managing or coordinating Veeva Marketo or CRM-to-marketing automation integrations
Strong communication skills to interface with business, compliance, and technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Exposure to consent management, HCP targeting, and data privacy workflows
Experience with agencies or third-party system integrators
Understanding of SFMC, MuleSoft, Snowflake, or analytics platforms
