Job Title: Business Analyst Healthcare & P&C

Contract: W2 Only

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Strategy Lead Assistant Manager to support strategic growth across our Healthcare and P&C (Property & Casualty) business units. This remote role involves driving data-driven insights, supporting pre-sales efforts, and contributing to executive reporting and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge, analytical expertise, and experience in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive briefs, track KPIs, and support leadership with strategic insights.
  • Conduct research and due diligence for growth opportunities, M&A, and market trends.
  • Collaborate on RFPs, solution design, and client communications in both Healthcare and P&C domains.
  • Create impactful sales and marketing content, including white papers, pitch decks, and case studies.

Qualifications:

  • 12+years experience in business strategy, consulting, or analysis.
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare systems and/or P&C insurance.
  • Experience with EHR workflows, medical billing, and pre-sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall, UML/BPMN, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred:

  • Agile certification, experience in pharma, and MS Dynamics 365 knowledge.
