Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to provide advanced technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. As a key member of the team, you will handle escalated issues while delivering exceptional service to users and clients.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 support, ensuring timely solutions.
Perform in-depth diagnostics and repair of hardware, software, and network problems.
Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
Monitor system performance, implement updates, and apply security patches to maintain stability.
Support and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based backup services and solutions.
Document IT processes, configurations, and support activities for future reference.
Collaborate with IT teams and departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in an IT support role or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and O365.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, cloud-based technologies, and ConnectWise preferred.
Understanding of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Azure Administrator are advantageous.
