Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote with travel once a month to Cincinnati, Ohio
Duration: 5 months with possible extension

Description:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of the FSO module to implement and optimize financial service workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Support and enhance banking-related operations within ServiceNow, including debit card dispute management.
  • Ensure alignment of ServiceNow functionality with organizational and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS CSM) certification required.
  • Proven experience working with the ServiceNow FSO module.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services processes.
  • Experience managing debit card disputes in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio, once a month.
