Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of mobile and cloud-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of product ownership, agile project delivery, technical collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and business value through product innovation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional scrum teams (10 15 members) to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and maintain backlogs for mission-critical mobile applications.
• Own the product lifecycle for large-scale Android tablet apps (RISE), currently deployed to 18,000+ users in logistics operations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define cloud-native architecture using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB).
• Integrate mapping and geolocation solutions (HERE Maps SDK, ESRI ArcGIS) into mobile platforms to optimize navigation and routing efficiency.
• Drive business value through analytics: reduced route time by 30 minutes per driver, leading to $130M EBITDA increase and $2M reduction in material costs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage APK deployments across nationwide divisions, and implement feature rollouts via AWS AppConfig.
• Lead PoCs and pilot testing of new features and tools, ensuring continuous product innovation.
• Partner with security teams to prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities using SonarQube, Splunk, and SQL.
• Conduct market research and translate insights into new features and monetization opportunities (e.g., $100M revenue gain via extra yardage pricing).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to translate business requirements into production-ready user experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, digital operations, or business analysis roles.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Android applications and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading scrum ceremonies.
• Proficiency in AWS services, mobile deployment strategies, mapping APIs (HERE Maps, Esri), and telemetry/log monitoring tools.
• Strong experience with data analysis, SQL, and A/B testing to inform business decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, UX, data science, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Engineering; Master's in Business Analytics or related field (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner and AWS Cloud Practitioner certified.

Preferred Skills:

• Tools: Rally, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, AppDynamics, ServiceNow, Figma.
• Programming & Analytics: Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), SQL, Firebase Analytics.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing domains.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX) and change request (CR)
