Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mac/JAMF Engineer with 2 4 years of hands-on experience to support and manage Mac endpoints in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Apple macOS devices using JAMF Pro and other MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro.

  • Automate Mac system setups and configurations using scripts (Bash/Python).

  • Ensure device compliance and enforce security policies using MDM.

  • Package and deploy software updates, patches, and applications.

  • Work with InfoSec to apply encryption, antivirus, and compliance configurations.

  • Troubleshoot Mac hardware and software issues.

  • Maintain inventory, asset tracking, and reporting via JAMF.

  • Support end-users with Mac-related issues and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding.

  • Collaborate with Windows and network teams for cross-platform integration.

  • Participate in new technology evaluation and rollout.

  • Document procedures, policies, and technical configurations.

Required Skills:

  • 2 4 years of experience supporting Mac environments.

  • Strong experience with JAMF Pro (Policies, Smart Groups, Configuration Profiles).

  • Proficiency in macOS troubleshooting and management.

  • Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python, or AppleScript).

  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, MDM enrollment, and DEP.

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint security.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
