Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 hourly
Job Description:

• We are seeking a contractor to support two high-priority initiatives that require immediate attention:
• Living Wage Ordinances in several cities including Philadelphia PHL and Los Angeles LAX.
• These ordinances mandate minimum total compensation thresholds for airport workers and introduce increased administrative complexity.
• The contractor will need to track individual benefit elections manage ongoing wage adjustments and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
• Tiered Life Insurance Program for Pilots to be introduced during this years Annual Enrollment AE.
• This initiative will require dedicated project management and administrative oversight to ensure accurate setup implementation and employee communication.
• To support these efforts we are requesting a temporary contractor for approximately 9 months with the option to extend if needed.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
