Seeking an Technical Support Service Desk with experience in Service Desk in Plano TX
Job Title: Technical Support Service Desk
Location: Plano TX 75025
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Job responsibilities would include inbound & outbound calling, responding on emails and triaging technical and non-technical queries or complaints related to migration of applications.
Technical Skills:
- Should have working knowledge and understanding of various Operating Systems (Unix/Windows), Middleware, Desktop, Laptop, VPN, APIs and FTP.
- Should have the ability to triage technical and non-technical client queries, read verbose logs, for IPs, URLs, etc.,
- Good to have understanding of
- Transmissions, firewalls, protocols, and security
- Various FTP communication technologies
- FTP transport and payload security technologies
- Cryptography settings (ciphers, KEX, HMAC)
- Application and system logs
Skills:
- Effective business communication skills
- Active listening and probing skills
- Navigate through ticketing tools, procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team player
