Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in NX, Catia, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in our manufacturing operations.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and reduce variability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of new processes and improvements into existing ones.
- Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing processes and equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper implementation of processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and execution of manufacturing strategies and goals to align with overall business objectives.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Proven expertise in NX, Catia, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Solid experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
