Job Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of an advanced internal-facing assistant solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, product evaluation, and hands-on implementation experience with AI-powered assistants similar to Glean or Rogo.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect a scalable, secure, and efficient internal assistant solution using cutting-edge AI and natural language processing technologies

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions

Lead the integration of the chatbot with internal systems, databases, and APIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Implement best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and LLMs, incorporating innovative features into the chatbot architecture

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning

2+ years of experience architecting and implementing internal-facing AI chatbot solutions like Glean or Rogo

2+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies

Deep understanding of natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and text generation techniques

2+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for AI model deployment and scaling

2+ years of experience with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Articulate ideas and thoughts clearly and easily

Interact well with team leaders, peers, junior staff and other managers at various positions

Preferred Skills:

TIBCO Certified Associate (TCA).

TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP).

Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts, core components of the tools, Methodologies and ability to apply this knowledge in building MDM solutions

Excitement and eagerness to learn new technology

Passion for IT development and desire to gain in-depth knowledge

Experience in design, development and implementing systems in ETL, MDM and Analytics.

Strong engineering skills with experience of working in agile driven projects.

Experience in Integration of ETL, Data Quality and MDM components with respect to real-time and near real-time requirements.

Deep understanding of MDM SIF API's for real time integration or near real-time integration of MDM with external applications

Understanding of data Integration and processing principles (ETL Extract, Transform, Load). ETL experience like Talend or any other tool is a plus Experience:

8+ years' experience with TIBCO EBX 5 or EBX 6 Master Data Management Suite

8+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, and Python.

5+ years of professional experience on AWS, Microsoft AZURE, Docker, Kubernetes

5+ years of professional experience on databases like Oracle, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB

Understanding of data architecture, software engineering, APIs and integration concepts.

You have experience with JSON, Web services based on SOAP or REST

Experience with micro-service architecture

Experience with end-to-end software development from development to operation

Experience with Cloud hosting or PaaS such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Heroku, Firebase, etc.

Experience with application security and application compliance

Experience in Agile software development methodology and software development process (SDLC)

Experience with one of the major database platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)

Experience with Cloud-based applications/platforms is a plus
