Job Description

We are seeking a highly seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep enterprise-level architecture experience, preferably within large-scale Telecom environments. This role demands exceptional technical depth, hands-on solutioning capability, and the ability to drive complex multi-cloud Salesforce transformations with minimal guidance. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience influencing executive stakeholders, standardizing architectures across multiple business units, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions in fast-changing, highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities (Very Tough Criteria)
  • Architect and govern end-to-end Salesforce enterprise solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Telecom OSS/BSS integrations).

  • Lead multi-org consolidation, platform modernization, and complex migration programs involving large data volumes.

  • Own Salesforce architectural blueprints, integration frameworks, deployment architecture, and system interoperability models for telecom systems.

  • Design scalable, event-driven, API-first architectures aligned with TM Forum standards, microservices, and real-time telecom operations.

  • Provide technical governance, enforce coding standards, solution quality, and DevSecOps best practices across global teams.

  • Drive discovery, requirement workshops, technical roadmap definition, and solution reviews with senior business/IT leadership.

  • Lead high-complexity integrations with telecom billing platforms, provisioning systems, identity management, and legacy CRM/ERP stacks.

  • Evaluate and optimize performance, security posture, multi-cloud scalability, and compliance with telecom data governance.

  • Serve as the final technical authority for solution approvals, production readiness, and architectural risk mitigation.

Must-Have Skills (Very Strict Screening)
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

  • Extensive experience in Telecom domain - CRM transformations, OSS/BSS, subscriber lifecycle, order management, and provisioning flows.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of:

    • Apex, LWC, Integration Patterns

    • API gateways, Mulesoft / Kafka / ESB

    • Salesforce Shield, SSO, OAuth, SAML

    • Data modeling for enterprise-scale multi-cloud environments

  • Proven experience in:

    • Architecting 1M+ record data migrations

    • High-volume transactional systems

    • Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance

  • Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Copado or equivalent) and DevSecOps compliance.

  • Ability to lead architecture reviews, guide multiple scrum teams, and present complex solutions to C-level stakeholders.

  • Must hold at least four Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA highly preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience in Telecom.

  • Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (SID, eTOM, TAM).

  • Multi-cloud integrations: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.

  • Experience with billing systems: Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Oracle BRM.

Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)
  • Excellent communication-must articulate architecture vision to both business and engineering teams.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with distributed global teams.

  • Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability mindset.

  • Must handle high-pressure enterprise transformation timelines.

Submission Requirements (Strict)
  • Detailed resume showing architecture ownership in enterprise Salesforce programs.

  • List of Salesforce certifications with URLs.

  • Telecom project case studies or architectural summaries (mandatory).

  • Rate confirmation and availability.
