Akkodis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a contract job with a client in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in accessibility compliance and business analysis, with a proven ability to gather and document ADA and WCAG 2.1 requirements.
Rate Range: $38/hour to 40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Gather and document business and accessibility requirements to ensure compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including the ADA Coordinator and technical teams to define project scope and accessibility goals.
- Conduct and support accessibility testing (manual and automated) and track remediation efforts across digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including accessibility logs, reports, and user requirement specifications.
- Assist in creating accessibility training programs and policies for internal teams to promote inclusive practices.
- Support project management activities, including Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and resource tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.
- Proven experience with accessibility standards such as ADA Title II and WCAG
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication, especially in accessibility-focused projects.
