Job Details
Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst / Scrum Master to maintain Azure DevOps boards as they integrate various systems and continue to enhance and improve existing systems. The ideal candidate will be well versed in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements and managing Epics, Stories, Features, Backlog Items etc within Azure DevOps. You'll also serve as a "pseudo-Scrum Master" - facilitating meetings, leading work prioritization meetings and backlog reviews, etc.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain Azure DevOps boards for two teams
- Schedule and facilitate meetings for backlog reviews, prioritization and business scoring.
- Collaborate with other Billing Team analysts & coordinate OPS and QAS work dependencies.

Essential Skills:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, with significant experience in setting up and managing Epics, Features, Product Backlog items and leading work prioritization meetings for a team.
- Ideal candidate with have experience facilitating meetings, leading work prioritization meetings and backlog reviews using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
- Proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Microsoft Teams Specialty Boards
- Problem solving skills to investigate, assess and recommend solutions for system issues along with knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of creating SQL and Splunk queries as well as understanding industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities
Plusses:
- Strong familiarity with Mainframe, Agile Development practices, SQL/JCL, DB2 (QMF, ADTOOLS, Spufi)
- Ability to read and understand COBOL highly desired
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while context switching
- Ability to create flowcharts and diagrams to visualize processes and requirements using Mural, Visio, etc.
- Experience eliciting requirements for Mainframe development.
