Role Name: Scrum Master
Location: Minneapolis / Minneapolis / Hybrid. In September, there will be 4 days working at the office
Interview: HIGH POSSIBILITY to do a face-to-face interview with client (must)
7-10 years of experience as maximum

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interview: HIGH POSSIBILITY to do a face-to-face interview with client (must)
7-10 years of experience as a maximum.
The overall experience of 7+ years with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as scrum master with Data/ETL Projects
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective ceremonies
Help team avoid, navigate, and break down roadblocks and interferences that hinders project progress
Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Work with the business and product owner on developing product roadmap, backlog grooming, and product backlog maintenance
Work with architecture and technical resources on delivery and implementation strategy
Monitor and manage project progress and communicate achievements, risks, and mitigation steps to stakeholders
Proven experience delivering Snowflake Data Lakehouse (or other data projects) implementation
Experience navigating/managing ambiguous situation with many moving pieces
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
