Position:Scrum Master/ Project Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location:Omaha, NE (3 Days Onsite Mandatory)

Job Description:

Experience in Leading Cloud Migration projects.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (including JIRA), and techniques (Mandatory)
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and driving project plans for client implementations within established timelines.
Creates, manages, and tracks project documents, including, but not limited to project schedules, detailed project plans, scope documents resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.
Creates and maintains product backlogs, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
Drive to outcomes via detailed follow-ups and meetings holding all parties accountable for meeting project milestones on agreed-upon dates.
Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, promoting effective communication, trust, and accountability across internal and external teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation and engagement from team members.
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, proactively mitigating risks and developing contingency plans.
Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers as needed regarding project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting, and interfacing with stakeholders.
Escalate issues promptly and manage changes in the plan by gaining approval from workstream leaders and the governance team with follow-up communication to all key stakeholders.
