Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Bloomington, IL/ Onsite

Description:
The Product Owner role in Cross Channel Experience serves as a voice to connect the expectations of consumers and financial reps on new or already existing products, apps, and channels. You'll be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities to acquire and cross-sell new business as well as serve existing clients. You'll maintain conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for which the team is responsible. You'll also work with Program Management to plan agile releases and sprints. You'll serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedule and budget to ensure targets and requirements are met.
Required Details:
Candidate has to participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis; design; code creation, maintenance and debugging; documentation; testing.
Analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements
Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet needs.
Writes technical specifications.
Create, supports, maintains, and documents software functionality.
Identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation.
Analyzes code and software components to find causes of errors and revise as needed.
Essential functions: Design and develop software solutions that are high performing, meets technical standard, utilizes coding methods, and follow best practices.
This would typically involve using programming languages and frameworks such as, but not limited to, Java, .net, PHO, Go, Rest, etc., but would exclude custom code solely used to perform quality assurance testing.
