Job Details
Role: Cisco UCS Consultant
Location: Martinez, CA(Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Qualifications:
- Install and connect Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) servers, fabric interconnects, and related hardware.
- Configure system to match Customer s production environment standards.
- Ensure proper integration with Customer s existing network infrastructure.
- Support cross-site communication.
- Install VMware ESXi on Cisco UCS servers.
- Set up VMware vCenter to manage disaster recovery (DR) environment, either linked to or independent from production.
- Configure virtual networks, resource pools, and storage connections in line with primary site.
- Set up Pure Storage systems and connect them to virtualization environment.
- Install and configure enterprise backup solution to support recovery operations.
- Assist in setting up data replication from primary site and test backup and/or restoration capabilities.
