Due Date: August 25, 2025 by Noon EST

All work is preferred to be performed onsite at the Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology located at 101 East Gaines Street, Tallahassee, Florida.

Background: The Department of Financial Services, is in need of staff augmentation services for the Division of Accounting and Auditing (Division) - One (1) Project Leader (Job#8230) to support the Division s integration of Florida PALM and PCard Works, as described in the SOW.

The Contractor shall provide services to prepare the purchasing card application, Bank of America Purchasing Card Works (Works), to exchange data with the State s new accounting system, Florida PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management, a People Soft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool.

Contractor Responsiblities:

  1. Implement the Florida PALM Data Integration Plan and work in conjunction with the Department Contract Manager and Bank of America as described below in section 5.b through 5.e.
  2. The Contractor representative must perform the Department s tasks and activities detailed in the Florida PALM Data Integration Plan.
  3. The Contractor representative must be available during Business Hours to meet with the Department and Bank of America.
  4. The Contractor representative shall be required to work onsite during critical times to be planned at least two (2) weeks in advance.
  5. The Contractor representative shall coordinate all configuration changes to the PCard Works application user screens, and validate all necessary changes to card holder profiles, default COA values, and custom reports.
  6. The Contractor representative shall coordinate communications to external stakeholders. This may include:
  7. Written communication;
  8. User Manual updates;
  9. Workshops; and
  10. Training.

Note: A Contractor Representative with access to the Department s network is required to complete the Department s security awareness training. This training must be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Contractor Representative s start date.

Interviews: If interviews are conducted, proposed Contractor Representatives that are located outside of the Tallahassee, Florida area, may be interviewed initially via Microsoft Teams video conferencing; however, a face-to-face interview at the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in Tallahassee, Florida, may be required prior to the final selection of the Respondent for performance of the services.
