Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Product Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry. This role requires deep domain expertise in healthcare operations, compliance, and interoperability, along with a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML-based products. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Fabric and related data platforms, and a demonstrated ability to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the product lead for AI/ML initiatives, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and discovery to launch, iteration, and long-term maintenance.
• Leverage your deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) to guide product design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and clinical experts - to ensure delivery of high-impact, compliant AI/ML solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft Data Platform to build and support scalable, efficient data pipelines and analytics frameworks tailored to healthcare use cases.
• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business value, enabling communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders including executives and healthcare practitioners.
• Maintain a strong focus on strategic product vision and return on investment (ROI) by aligning product features and technical decisions with broader business goals and operational outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure successful adoption of AI/ML features across healthcare teams by delivering products that solve real-world challenges while maintaining data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills:

• Recent Healthcare Industry Experience: A deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA), interoperability standards, and data privacy.
• AI/ML Product Lifecycle Management: End-to-end experience managing AI/ML products - from initial ideation and exploration to launch, feedback loops, and ongoing iteration.
• Microsoft Fabric and Data Platform Experience: Hands-on experience working within Microsoft's data ecosystem to support enterprise-level healthcare solutions.
• Business-Value Communication: Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into business value, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision & ROI Orientation: Proven background in developing product strategies with a clear focus on business value, scalability, and return on investment.
