The client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our global team that manages business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Insights, Customer Journeys, Power Platform, Common Data Service (Dataverse). Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain module will be a plus. This role involves development, application support, maintenance, and enhancements of D365 applications to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related applications/modules.
  • Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for D365 applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Proficiency in Customer Insights for unifying customer data and generating actionable insights.
  • Experience designing and executing Customer Journeys within D365 Marketing to drive personalized engagement.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and build technical solutions.
  • Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
  • Work on Azure-based services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and related system maintenance in conjunction with internal/external partners to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within D365 applications.
  • Deliver technical documentation including workflows, high level designs, job aids and processes.
  • Ensure that assigned support/maintenance/ development activities are delivered in a timely manner and within defined service level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, specifically in CRM, app insights.
  • Knowledge/experience in D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Data Factory.
  • Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of D365 applications.
  • Exposure to both D365 CRM and Customer Insights & Journeys is preferred;
  • Ability to customize and configure D365 applications to meet business needs.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools for Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for D365 development and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
