RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Back Office Project Manager in Houston, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively support our back office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee projects supporting back office systems, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, and OpenInvoice
* Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to organize and track project progress
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
* Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success
* Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
* Communicate project status, progress, and concerns to stakeholders and senior management
* Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
* Proven experience working with back office systems such as ERP, CRM, finance systems, Excalibur, or OpenInvoice
* Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
