Cloud Infrastructure Engineer xPaaS Ops Engineer

Location: Pheonix, AZ (Day 1 onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months---W2 Contracts

On-prem production-grade environment: At least 3 years supporting and maintaining two or more technologies such as Redis (Enterprise), Kafka, Elasticsearch, Astronomer, etc.
Infrastructure as Code (IAC): At least 2 years with Terraform or similar tools.
Google Cloud: At least 2 years supporting and maintaining production-grade environments (Foundations and Managed services like PSC, Interconnect, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Memory Store, etc.).
Kubernetes environments: At least 2 years deploying COTS apps in OpenShift or GKE.
Automation tools: Experience with Ansible, Shell Scripts, Python/Java.
Cluster management: Configurations, upgrades, and migrations on Red Hat Linux 8 in virtual machines.
Infrastructure migrations: Leading large programs from on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to public, and hybrid clouds.
Linux performance monitoring: Extensive experience using system tools, security setup, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and regular patching.
Adaptability: Eager to learn new technologies in a short time span.
ITIL processes: Experience in change management, incident management, RFC, problem management, and RCA.
Efficiency: Experience in automation to increase operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Optimize and streamline debugging efforts across infrastructure and application domains.
Monitoring tools: Working knowledge of industry-standard monitoring solutions.
