Position: Labor & Employment attorneys
Location: Nationwide Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite Options Available

Our clients leading national, regional, and boutique law firms are actively seeking Labor & Employment attorneys at the Associate, Counsel, and Partner levels to join growing teams across the United States. Opportunities are available for remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements, depending on location and firm preferences.
We are recruiting for multiple positions supporting employers across a wide range of industries, providing litigation defense, day-to-day counseling, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, and union-related matters.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Representing employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective action litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
- Advising clients on employment law compliance under federal, state, and local laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, NLRA, and state equivalents)
- Conducting internal investigations and audits, drafting policies and handbooks, and delivering training
- Managing labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, and unfair labor practice proceedings
- Supporting clients through workplace restructurings, reductions in force, and related compliance matters
- Drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and workplace policies
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2 15+ years of labor and/or employment law experience
- Strong litigation, counseling, or advisory background (depending on role level)
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience with class action litigation, PAGA, or union-side matters is a plus
