Our Service and Support Analytics & Insights team is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who is passionate about driving service performance and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is at the frontline of AT&T's digital transformation, supporting Digital service and support performance and analytics for our online properties. You will have day-to-day responsibility for reporting, analysis, insights, data wrangling, and creation of professional automated reporting and analytics dashboards.

You will support and partner with teams across the enterprise. You will execute analysis, research, and solution development to aid the Online Business in attaining targets and setting future goals. You will have an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business, current technology, and implement plans to achieve the desired future state.

Summary:

Analytics, Reporting, Data Wrangling, creation of dashboard for web and omni channel activities. This role will focus specifically on Support activities reporting and analytics. Responsible for reporting KPI and operational detail. Working with partners to ensure data is available to be captured so it can be reported. Monitor and be able to attribute performance to changing conditions. Create and maintain in suite (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Quantum Metric, ForeSee/Verint) reports.

Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics requires evaluation of a variety of factors and potential outcomes. Leverage analytics, research, and long-term thinking to help the business unlock service and support, CX, and omni channel performance gains. Automating, building, and maintaining a suite of reporting in Tableau or PowerBI. Managing analytics/reporting requirements for projects that impact the Online Business team including PI planning.

Utilize soft skills and effective communication skills to explain analysis, data trends, and anomalies in meaningful way to all levels of leadership. Requires substantial partnership with cross functional teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Data Collection and Processing: Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
Reporting and Visualization: Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Discrepancy Resolution and Quality Assurance: Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
Analytical Tools: Includes SQL, PowerBI, Python, etc.

Qualifications Desired:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, etc.) or equivalent experience
3-5 years managing eCommerce analytics for a large-scale web property
2+ years managing analytics in a corporate environment
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Google Analytics
Intermediate SQL and table creation experience
Intermediate to advanced Python experience
Proactive and anticipatory problem solver
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to effectively translate complex data into actionable business insights

Our Lead Data Analyst earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
