Booz Allen is seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows servers and Desktops, as well as experience managing Windows and automation. This role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

You Have:

• Experience with supporting system deployment, security hardening, and ongoing maintenance of Windows servers within classified networks
• Experience with server room or data center environments
• Experience with administering Windows Server OS 2022, VMware, vSphere 8, Active Directory, and Group Policy in a secure or enterprise environment
• Knowledge of how servers, networking, and storage components integrate
• Knowledge of DoD STIGs
• Ability to assist in managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, including basic configuration, patching, and system monitoring
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues such as TCP / IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
• Ability to follow guidance to support system compliance
• TS / SCI clearance with polygraph
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE

Nice to Have:

• Experience with supporting web applications and documenting technical processes or troubleshooting steps
• Knowledge of tools such as Splunk, McAfee e Policy Orchestrator ( ePO ) , and Domain Controller technologies a plus
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools to automate tasks
• Ability to learn and apply technical research to solve problems
• Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and leadership in both written and verbal formats
• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Asso cia te, Micro sof t Certified: Azure Administrator Asso cia te, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco certification such as CCNA

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
