Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice
implementations.
Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for
quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture,
business rules, and workflows.
Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including:
- CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Sales and Invoicing
- B2B Returns and Service Management
Define and execute test plans including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
Support integrations with ERP, CRM, and external pricing engines.
Develop functional designs and collaborate with developers for customizations,
plugins, and Power Platform extensions.
Work closely with global teams to deliver scalable solutions across regions.
Provide training, solution documentation, and post-go-live support to end-users and
business teams.

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise sales and finance
processes.
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
7+ years of experience in Quote-to-Invoice processes, including pricing, invoicing,
and returns.

Strong techno-functional knowledge in CPQ and related Dynamics 365 Sales and
Finance modules.
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance, or Power Platform.
Experience integrating CPQ with external ERP or contract management tools.
Experience configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and
invoicing logic.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
plugins.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills including BRDs, FSDs,
and user guides.
Experience in testing, training, deployment, and user support activities.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.
Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B high-tech sales
environments.
