Job Posting: Corporate Support Tech 2

Location: Oklahoma City, OK Start Date: July Job Type: Contract, On-Site

About the Role: We are seeking a Corporate Support Tech 2 to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, knowledge of database servers, and experience with desk-side hardware and mid-tier support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot database issues, ensuring system functionality and efficiency

  • Provide desk-side support, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems

  • Work with different database servers, maintaining and optimizing performance

  • Assist in mid-tier support, collaborating with internal IT teams for problem resolution

  • Perform service desk tasks, including user account management, software installation, and system updates

  • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets, ensuring timely assistance for end users

  • Maintain documentation of troubleshooting processes, system configurations, and known issues

  • Support network connectivity issues, assisting users with Wi-Fi, VPN, and other access concerns

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in database management and IT troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with various database servers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience handling service desk responsibilities, including user support and system administration

  • Ability to work on-site in OKC and support corporate IT operations
