About the Role: We are seeking a Corporate Support Tech 2 to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, knowledge of database servers, and experience with desk-side hardware and mid-tier support.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot database issues, ensuring system functionality and efficiency

Provide desk-side support, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems

Work with different database servers, maintaining and optimizing performance

Assist in mid-tier support, collaborating with internal IT teams for problem resolution

Perform service desk tasks, including user account management, software installation, and system updates

Respond to and resolve technical support tickets, ensuring timely assistance for end users

Maintain documentation of troubleshooting processes, system configurations, and known issues

Support network connectivity issues, assisting users with Wi-Fi, VPN, and other access concerns
Qualifications:

Some experience in database management and IT troubleshooting

Familiarity with various database servers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience handling service desk responsibilities, including user support and system administration

Ability to work on-site in OKC and support corporate IT operations
