Required Skills:
This position requires experience in software testing in integrated eligibility, public assistance, and Medicaid/TANF experience
Candidates must have at least 5+ years of end-to-end software testing experience including creating and executing test scenarios in addition to analyzing and clearly documenting all programming defects (software bugs) that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
Must have Security Testing experience of different applications, environments including Coarse-grained/fine-grained access controls validations and role based testing.
At least 3 years of testing experience in different environments including one or more of the client server, Services Oriented Architecture, Web based, and three tier architectures
Experience with Testing Techniques - Understand the various approaches used in testing, including white-box, black-box, load testing, coverage testing and regression testing.
Experience with Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), TFS
Must be able to create SQL queries against an Oracle database when necessary to verify business scenarios have been met
Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, developing/updating test scenarios, and executing functional and regression test scenarios for a web-based application
Must have Interface testing experience includes Flat file testing and SOAUP UI
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to balance multiple task assignments
Ability to coordinate across teams to gather information and resolve issues
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to deliver under pressure
A willingness to live and work in central Pennsylvania
