Duration: 1 year
Summary: Supports project managers and teams by organizing project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, and ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and milestones. Monitor project timelines and progress, and report status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and action items.
Coordinate communication among team members, vendors, and other departments.
Track resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
Support issue resolution and help manage risks and dependencies.
Skills: Experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
