Saviynt IAM Specialist / IAM Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on requirement gathering, solution design, and project leadership.
• Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) with the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading IAM projects from conception to delivery, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Saviynt certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Location: This position is based in the United States, with onshore work requirements. Remote work flexibility may be considered based on candidate qualifications and project needs.
