Job Details
Our customer is seeking Agile Coaches/Leaders to help steer the direction and adoption of forward-thinking, delivery principles. These openings will sit hybrid in Uptown Charlotte, so we are seeking local candidates for consideration. We are only able to work with direct W2 candidates on this opening- no C2C or sub vendor personnel will be reviewed.

- These leaders will be working mainly with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Product Management Leaders, whose teams have been restructured into a product-focused organization.
- They will help with the transformation and adoption of product-driven operations for the org.
- Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, Digital transformation, etc. experience ideal for consideration.
- These roles require people who can command a room, possess great presentation skills, excellent communication, etc.
- Must be comfortable with all areas within the product life cycle - Epics, Features, Coaching, User Stories, Product Management, etc.
- These will be 1-2 year openings with the possibility of FTE conversion later in the engagement.
