What You'll Be Doing:


1. Key Advisor



  • Provide functional support to Acumatica clients alongside the Support Team.

  • Work independently to complete implementation tasks while collaborating with the implementation team to meet client expectations.

  • Manage your schedule by prioritizing tasks and coordinating client meetings and calls.


2. Project Implementation Specialist



  • Act as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and troubleshooting.

  • Implement multiple module suites within Acumatica, including but not limited to:

    • Financials (required)

    • Distribution

    • Project

    • Field Service

    • Manufacturing

    • Payroll



  • Lead comprehensive project activities from initial client introductions to post-go-live support, including:

    • Kickoff meetings

    • Training and configuration workshops

    • Data migration

    • User acceptance testing

    • Go-live preparations and support



  • Maintain accurate project documentation and time/expense reporting for effective project management and invoicing.


3. Product Advocate



  • Earn and maintain relevant third-party certifications.

  • Achieve expert-level proficiency in assigned software systems, including publisher-required certifications.

  • Share updates on system capabilities and pre-released features when available.

  • Continuously enhance professional skills through books, seminars, and training programs.

  • Lead or participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions by presenting product updates, best practices, and implementation case studies.


Your Education, Skills, and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience with Acumatica software

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP software implementation
