We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Sales Cloud Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Sales Cloud implementation and configuration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design and configure Oracle Sales Cloud modules to meet client needs, including but not limited to Sales, Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Customer Data Management.
- Customize Oracle Sales Cloud using configuration tools, such as Page Composer, Application Composer, and Business Process Composer.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training and change management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful Oracle Sales Cloud implementations.
- Stay current on Oracle Sales Cloud updates, patches, and new features, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud, including implementation and configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud modules, including Sales, Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Customer Data Management.
- Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud configuration tools, such as Page Composer, Application Composer, and Business Process Composer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Oracle Sales Cloud certification(s) preferred.
