Job Details

* 5 to 8 years of total QA experience with a strong focus on functional Automation testing.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience inleading QA activities including test planning, execution, and reporting.
* Proven experience in Functional Test Automation, with a focus on designing robust test strategies and frameworks.
* Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, Octane or similar.
* Strong QA automation experience (using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber framework.)
* Understanding of self-healing test automation techniques.)
* Test Planning & Strategy
* Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
* Agile Testing Methodology
* Automation Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, or similar
* Experience as testing engineer with emphasis on IVR, telecommunications domain (with CTI, Agent functionalities ) in contact center space.
* Must have previous IVR testing experience, like IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems)
* Prior experience with using Cyara tool and creating test cases in Cyara
* Basic understanding of AI-driven quality assurance approaches.
* Methodical and systematic approach to testing.
* Experience with REST API automation tools such as Rest or Postman.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
* Test Management Tools: JIRA, TestRail, Octane.
* Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
* CI/CD Integration: Jenkins, AWS DevOps (basic understanding preferred)
