Position: VP / Director of Finance
Location: New York City, NY

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Oversee all financial reporting and analysis, delivering clear, accurate, and timely insights to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Drive the development and communication of company-wide financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of detailed financial reports, including P&L statements, gross margin analysis, and variance reports.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic initiatives to improve financial outcomes.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

  • Direct the development of annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor financial results versus budgets and forecasts, offering clear guidance to address variances and improve accuracy over time.

Operational and Business Support

  • Partner with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Support staffing and project planning by delivering accurate revenue and expense forecasts for key accounts and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, providing financial insights to inform high-level decision-making and business planning.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives, sales teams, and department heads to understand client dynamics, pricing strategies, and their financial impact.

Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency, including evaluating and implementing new tools and systems.  

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% within the US
