Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Technical Consultant
Location: Mostly Remote Work - Travel required across the USA (All Travel Expenses will be covered)
Duration: 6+ months
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and supporting payroll-related technical solutions, with the ability to collaborate closely with business and functional stakeholders to deliver accurate and scalable payroll integrations, reports, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain payroll-related integrations, reports, and extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work on HCM Extracts, BIP/OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL/Spreadsheet Loader for Payroll.
- Manage data conversions for payroll implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with Payroll functional consultants and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support interfaces with third-party payroll providers and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical components.
- Expertise with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP, HDL.
- Experience in Payroll Integrations (SOA, OIC, REST/SOAP web services).
- Prior experience with Payroll data conversions and reporting.
- Ability to work with functional and business teams in a global environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
